This page explains how ZERUI INTELLIGENCE handles information submitted through our website, case-intake system, email and professional engagements.
Depending on the case, this may include contact information, company details, transaction value and stage, counterparties, commercial terms, contracts, quotations, invoices, shipping records, inspection documents, banking instructions, technical documents and other materials voluntarily supplied by the client.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, authentication credentials or personal information that is not necessary for the review.
Our intake system records structured case information and stores submitted files in controlled cloud storage. Operational notifications may also be delivered to our business email systems so the review team can respond promptly.
To assess the request, confirm scope and fee, perform the agreed investigation, communicate findings and maintain the case record.
Access is limited to personnel and, where necessary, external specialists who need the information to answer the scoped question.
ZERUI does not sell client submissions or transaction materials to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
ZERUI does not intentionally use confidential client submissions to train public-facing AI models. Tools may be used to assist analysis only where consistent with the engagement and applicable confidentiality controls.
Case records may be retained while needed for the engagement, quality control, legitimate business recordkeeping, security, dispute handling and applicable legal or compliance obligations. Because different transactions and jurisdictions create different recordkeeping needs, we do not apply one universal public retention period to every case.
Where engineering, legal, regulatory, inspection, logistics, laboratory or other specialist input is needed, we aim to share only the information required for that specialist to answer the relevant question. Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed before sensitive materials are shared.
An NDA can be agreed where appropriate to the engagement.
ZERUI conducts cross-border work. Cloud infrastructure, email systems and specialist support may involve processing or access in more than one jurisdiction. Clients should tell us before submission if their materials are subject to special localization, secrecy, export-control or regulated-data restrictions.
We use controlled access, private file storage, anti-abuse verification and separated public/intake/admin systems. No internet or cloud system can guarantee absolute security, so clients should submit only information reasonably necessary for the review.
